Riv & Rai has a 30-day return policy from the date of your purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and have all original tags attached. Each return is reviewed individually, and acceptance is at the discretion of Riv & Rai's team, including verifying if items are unworn and unwashed. Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Sale items are final but can be exchanged for a different size. Standard return shipping fees apply.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. However, if a gift card is defective, we may replace it at our discretion.

For in-store returns, a valid state ID is required to protect against fraud.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Riv & Rai is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Discounts

Discount codes and offers must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to past orders. Only one discount can be used per order.
