Riv & Rai primarily uses UPS for domestic shipments, with occasional use of FedEx and USPS. For international orders, we rely on DHL Express or UPS Worldwide.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes:

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days from the date of order placement.

During peak times, shipping may take 4-5 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Important Shipping Information:

Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following business day.

All delivery times are based on business days.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders. Please consider this when placing your order, especially if selecting expedited services.

Changes to the delivery address after an order is placed are not guaranteed. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning items sent to the wrong address.

Riv & Rai is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft, or misdirected shipments.

Please note that carriers no longer offer guaranteed delivery for expedited services and will not provide refunds for packages that do not arrive as expected.

In-Store Pickups:

A valid state identification is required for in-store pickups to verify and protect our customers from potential fraud.
